Experience history where it lives – at Laudal Church, art, faith, and resistance come together in unique surroundings from 1826.
The church dates from 1826. The altarpiece was painted by the famous artist Olaf Isaachsen from Mandal. Outside there is a monument to Major Arne Laudal, a leading figure in the Norwegian resistance during WW2.
